Meraki Ceramics is delighted to announce our new business alliance in Saudi Arabia, which means we have simplified and streamlined the complex process of shipping our tiles from the UAE, across the border.
Having refined this service, we are now able to offer developers, contractors, architects and interior designers working on projects in Saudi Arabia a fast and cost effective route to exporting our high-end tiles to the Kingdom for future projects.
We have in place the correct Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Conformity, Chamber of Commerce documentation and SABER processes. This allowed us to recently complete delivery of a key residential project located in Dammam, with final delivery to site within 30 days from receipt of final LPO.
Daniel Charter (Director) gave us more information on this exciting development: “Many of our long term clients are now seeking opportunities in Saudi Arabia,” he explained. “There is an approximate value of $1.1 trillion of ongoing projects in the Kingdom, and having been approached by a number of our existing clients to deliver the same standard of products, service and competitive pricing for their projects over the border, we have over the course of the last six months put in place infrastructure that has enabled us to deliver our standards in the same way for this exciting market.”
With recent changes to the customs process relating to ceramic and porcelain tiles, which specifies that only products manufactured to the highest standards in terms of technical specifications, quality, and with valid test reports may find their way across the Saudi border, Meraki Ceramics has ensured that every tile within our catalogue is fully SABER compliant and able to be shipped from Dubai at short notice for all project sizes.
